About Me
A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Haitham AbdelMalek — a dad of three, husband, and a structural engineer (which basically means I spend half my time making sure bridges don’t fall down, and the other half making sure my kids don’t climb on the furniture like it’s a bridge).
I’ve always been on a bit of a quest for knowledge. It started way back when I was a curious kid asking “why?” one too many times, carried me through years of late nights in college, and eventually landed me with a PhD. Along the way, I realized that the same principles I used in engineering — breaking down complex problems, running through scenarios, and building strong foundations — could also be applied to life and mindset.
So now I’m on a mission: to take those first principles of engineering and turn them into practical mindset tools. Tools that can help students, professionals, or honestly anyone who’s ever thought, “There’s got to be a better way to design and build the life I want
My Objective
I believe that everything we do, every choice, every habit, every success or failure, ultimately comes down to mindset. Too often, people convince themselves that “this is just who I am” and that change is either impossible or unnecessary.
But I don’t buy into that.
This blog is not for those who settle, it’s for the curious, the ambitious, and the restless few who believe life has more to offer. If you’ve ever felt that deep pull toward growth, purpose, and fulfillment, you already know that the key lies in constantly shaping and evolving your mindset.
Here, we explore how to do just that by designing and building the mindset that you want.
